Morrissey Park parkrun

Parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k event held every Saturday morning at 9am in Morrissey Park. Everyone is welcome to walk, jog, run, or volunteer! parkrun is a global movement aiming to transform health and happiness by empowering people to come together to be active, social, and outdoors. Morrissey Park parkrun offers a friendly, welcoming environment – you don’t have to run, walkers are always welcome, and no one finishes last! Register once to get your parkrun barcode and join us every Saturday at 9am in Morrissey Park.
