Feeding Champaign County Food Summit 2026

The 2026 Food Summit will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the I Hotel and Conference Center in Champaign, IL. This gathering will bring together community members, growers, nonprofit leaders, students, researchers, and professors to share knowledge and spark new ideas around addressing food insecurity in Champaign County.

 

We invite you to be part of the conversation by presenting a Poster Topic. Share your research, project, or community initiative in a visual format. You can also submit a proposal to lead a breakout session during the Food Summit.​

This is a valuable opportunity to showcase your work, exchange ideas, and connect with others committed to building a more equitable food system. Proposals are due by January 9th, 2026. All applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by January 23, 2026.
